Visiting So Cal for the first time (NY'er)
 

I will be in California next week for 8 days. Our trip includes stops in LA, SF and Vegas. What do you guys recommed to see out there. Me and 3 fo my college friends are going.

Vegas is great fun, San Fran is a wonderful city and sorry to all the LA people but I think LA SUCKS!

Go about two hours south of LA and stay in San Diego. Our moniker is "AMERICA'S FINEST CITY" and we aint joking!

Without a doubt, more beautiful women than anywhere you have listed on your visit.

If you cannot make it, have fun anyway, and enjoy that LA traffic!


btw - I am originally from New York, a city I love but a city I will never go back to except to visit.

vegas is great fun. bsides the strip and the great shows at each hotel there is the outlets if u like to shop.

i'm from LA. but it is kind of plain out here. there are clubs w/ beautiful woman at night if you like that, or the whole santa monica pier thing if you are coming down with a. and magic mountain if u are into the whole rollercoaster thing. but thats pretty much it.

anyways, hope u have fun here.

I just moved to LA from NYC a few months ago.
LA is kewl but it's very different than NYC. The weather is great but it's not summer time. it was 70 today. You can still hang at the beach here but no bikini's.
Check out:

Venice Beach. See the LA freaks.
Hit the sunset strip for the LA Club/bar scene.
Hollywood BLVD. it's a dump but worth checking out just to see it.

I just got back from the LA area a couple of days ago. I had a real blast there and the people are sooo nice there. I was really suprised to see SOOOO many Inter-Racial couples there.

There are so many Asian females with white males. I am Indian/Paki so i was really happy to see this there b/c it is not as apparent in NYC.

Love So. Cal and plan to move out there!!!!
