i am keeping my amp, as i bouth jl audio's new 13w5...i plan on putting that behind my seat. That sub is going to rattle everything, but oh well i am addicted to bass.

Its does not matter where the sub is placed. I have the under strut enclosure with two jl 10w6v2 subs and I rattle damn near everything if I turn it up. I had to remove the bottom plate on in the passenger side glove box because the air these subs push kept blowing it out and making a very annoying rattle. Im going to have to add dynamat every where one of these days. And maybe a cf hatch with the plexi window.

I have an old amp but its 1100 watts. Can I use that just tune in down? Then if I decide to get a sub I dont have to upgrade

Looks like you'll need a amp that runs around 95 watts rms per channel at 14.5 volts. The tricky part with elemental designs is their power ratings are at 12.5v. Once the car is running those amps put out more power. You could probably find a decent kenwood 4 channel amp for pretty cheap.

They shipped out.... I looked up the ETA on delivery and there is no date listed.... I also have to wait on the STI lens too.... I am going to email the guy and find out whats up....
