Volks wagon has a car in the works that has a twin charger system. a supercharger witha magnetic clutch that disengages when the turbos spool up and a butterfly valve cuts off the intake portion to the SC. Bypasses that and the turbo charge goes to the intake.

Since his brothers house is being used he is now an accessary. Which gets him in serios trouble. you have his address, you have the proof, hell you even have a picture of the house that the address is being used. Call the sugarland police. state your case fax/email the proof. they cant ignore you. Get the guy with $1200 loss in on it, that will add multiple counts.
