Probably not a bad call.

Aww Mother - @$#%* er ! I crinkled my frt bumper into a parking curb today.

It's so warm out my bumper is so soft it buckled in the center and cracked all the paint so it looks broken....but it isn't.

I will have to see what I can do to hide the crease....Hmmm.

Default Busted Lip !

Ok, so I busted the freaking front lip again ! Damn parking blocks !

It actually didn't break...it just cracked the paint and this front lip of the Amuse bumper is so flexible I just felt it needed to be covered with something a bit more resistant to stress fractures !

So I came up with some Plasti-Dip Spray on......and I think it worked great....I just sanded the area needed for spraying & then taped everything off.

I put like 3 - 4 coats on and it turned out cool looking !

So now I have a matt-dull-looking black tongue on the bottom of the Lip.....but who cares ?

My wonderful room mate apparently came home sometime tonight while I was at work and left all the lights on then left me $560 for rent when he owes $700. Anybody got a shovel I can borrow for when I find his ***?

Thanks you guys.....I might have to do more of this in the future. I can see this saving your front end from chips and whatnot do to AutoX or the Track.

I was thinking of doing the mirrors & door handles.

Pat, I would tell him to pay up or go pawn something. Take out a cash advance on his credit card....something to get the money.

Bummer for you to have to deal with his incompetence ! I'd look for a new room mate....ASAP.
