J,
Did you pour a slab ? or frame up on Piers ?
No Critters or Vermin will get under a slab....but just be sure to put like something down there that critters won't want to burrow & make a home there.
I laid a bunch of landscape rock down as a bed over weed block....
...Also if you put like Chicken wire around the base that will keep out Rats !
I wish I had run Electrical line out to mine....water would be a nice thing also.

the skid is beefy tubular on a set of skids like a santa slay. We then mounted that on a laid out pad pattern of bricks and prior to doing so i poured diesel and all my oil and radiator fluid from my last flushes.....
We also have our annual pest control guy spray under there too........so far no issues with critters....
I couldnt pour cement there because that corner is an EASEment - see the ugly green electrical box I aimed to hide from view??

I just wanna buy a large building that I can divide up into 3 clubs so I can support my car addiction, leaving the warehouse portion in the back to turn into my multi-leveled garage. (so what if I modeled my dream garage after a movie)
I need a shed over here..what's the cheapest/budget route to go? My garage is pretty small and I do not have a shed out back. Stinks.
J got them finishers in yet?
Day 2 of mattress hunting..and it is definitely not fun. Doesn't help that manufacture names the models different at all stores as well. Bishes.

just buy some flat brick - "pavers" and make a foundation and then build that shed on it....
make it high, not just one layer..
the ARROW U build it yourself sheds are inexpensive: About $299
also check Craigslist, as you will find some new in box, or some that peeps willing to deliver to you as they may own a trailer, etc.....just have the floor ready..
finishers should hopefully arrive friday or saturday..

Quang,
You might have several variables against you on a shed. You have to have a permit from the city (depending on the city). Then since you're renting you have to have all that cleared with the owner. And they might want to keep it when you move out. Lots of things to check on man.

Yeppers, exactly what Eric just said.....You do need to check with the city to see if you need a permit.
Jason might have to deal with the city as well....I remember Lewisville says that if the structure is covered and or attached to the house it will need to get a permit.
But what the city doesn't know won't hurt them...as long as your neighbors are cool with it and don't report you.
