OK I just have to rant right quick. I am ranting as a fellow Z owner and friend right now which is why I logged onto this account.
Credit Card Fraud can easily cause long last damage to many lives. I was recently the victim of such fraud, a customer purchased a product, it passed all of my security screenings. 3 months later the charge is claimed as fraud, it was a size able purchase, $1000, which happens to be all of the money that I was able to start my business with. So, now that I am out that money, if I don't run positive from her on out basically I am not in good shape.
I started this business because my Father was diagnosed with cancer, is a single parent, and is postponing his retirement in order to put me through college. He is a Dallas Police officer and hardly makes enough to put me through college while caring for my brother and his medical bills. The thought that some F****** A**H*** that just didn't want to pay for a car part could cause my entire path of life to change right now is just dumb founding and angering.
So please, everyone keep track of your wallets, and only order from reputable online shopping sites.

Already went through the process of counter claims, since the deregulation of banks in 2004, they have been able to shove off fraud claims like these onto the retailers and such.

Yea, I am not going to allow this to go under. I truly just feel robbed (saved up that $1000 from donating plasma). I just truly want to make sure that people keep track of their stuff, because right now there are hundreds of thousands of people trying to start their own businesses due to the economic climate, combine that with the increase of theft that happens in this climate and it is going to hurt a lot of people. I just don't want it to be anyone's credit card that I know that causes something like this to happen to another person.
Stephan so someone ordered a part on your website using someone elses CC, then the original owner of the card filed the card as fraud, so it auto deducted the 1,000$ from your bank account?
