Did the wheel come off, or just the tire? Almost looks like you can see the pavement through the tire, but I can't tell.

Definitely a torque issue.............only way a wheel falls off, spacers or not, is torquing lug nuts correctly, centering wheel and torquing correctly...
with our without a spacer, if the wheel isnt centered and you torque lug nuts with out holding the wheel center, then they can shear off.......I check every single time i do this at drift events and Make dammn sure its on point CENTERED...

It sounds like from the other post that the studs failed....one more reason to pay a few extra bucks and get a quality set like ARP. Also, the torque wrench is the most under rated tool ever. My guess is he either over or under torqued those crappy studs and they bit the dust.

Jake thanks for the help yesterday brother she is looking proper now. Anyone in dfw want to trade a set of project kics 20mm spacers for a set of 25 or 30mm spacers? They are they ones with the studs included. Ps Jake, I got bored... And bought a dermel. Lets just say I no longer have a bumper with 2 exhaust outlets.

Look what Santa brought to me early this year !
I got my scooter to go thru the Auto-X courses. I think walking is too slow....I might learn the course better if you move thru it faster....or even 2X, or 3X.
Sorry for the phone image.

Old School Red Dragon!
The scooter I got off CList had the really old school levers on it.......Since i have tons of bike stuff from my mountain biking days I decided to replace the cables, lube up all the bearings and even replace the brake levers, now i can do rubber burn marks when i stop!
Old school brake levers:
New brake levers - spares i had:
I then
"took the restrictor plate off, give the red dragon a little more juice....but uhh, lets keep that on the down low, it's not exactly street legal"

my next mod for the Red Dragon is some rear pegs........
I went to the hardware store today and found that the rear peg holes are M12x1.50...I got some bolts and gonna look for some pegs online.
