350z left side lights stays on car won't start
 
I recently encounter this issue of my car not wanting to start after being turn off as the lights stays on and the red solid light also nothing work other than the radio,window and etc only thing is it cranks, but won't start at all. Please help me find a solution to this problem. Thank you for relies.
