What kind of TT setup? Exhaust looked like an APS...

Yeah, it's 2.5" APS exhaust.

He has some sort of racing clutch (not sure which brand), cams, and some other things in addition.

Where did he get it installed/tuned?

Next time turn the sound off, if you are going in the wind like that or keep the camera out of the wind.
