Interesting video. Looks like the a few female lions couldn't take on the large number of hyenas. However, at the end of the video, 1 male lion jumps into the pack of hyenas and they all scatter. Is a male lion that much stronger that it could take on a whole pack by itself when a pack of female lions couldn't?

weird... coz i was actually cheering for the lion at the end... haha :D

Me too, b/c Hyeenas are like looters.

I guess they have the power but not the attitude, while the male lion even if the pack of hienas could take the lion they just wouldn't dare...
