Supposedly this is street racing and I got an infraction. Does this look like a public road to you guys? It even says in the damn description that it is on a private road. If not let me know that I am crazy. I am just of the my350z.com police acting like traffic cops waiting to pounce before even taking 3 seconds to figure out what is going on. I hate ignorance. /rant.

Perhaps it's your ignorance that is preventing you from fully comprehending the rules of this site. A private road would be a driveway and not a road paid for by taxpayers. I see no mention of a private road in your post.

If you want to make this personal, you'll get another infraction. I have nothing personal against you. Two mods have already agreed on the infraction.

I posted it in the staff section for removal/infraction...I stand by their actions.

I'd be a pissed off taxpayer if that's the road I got for my money.

Asstrojan, other mods above have said this as well, but I want to back them up on this because I think that the rules are pretty simple to understand - there is no "except if it's a lonely road" or "except if your daddy owns the road", etc. Unless it is at a sponsored track event, racing anywhere else is street racing:
