Default Intake advance +50 degrees, exhaust retard -44 degrees

So I have a 2007 VQ35HR swapped into an R32 GTR.

Using Uprev. Ran fine before but recently runs really bad. Bogs like crazy when free reving, lots of hesitation, backfires on decel.

Logging through rom editor and cipher, intake advance is +50 degrees on both sides while warming/hot and the solenoid duty cycle is 0%.

Same thing with the exhaust, 0% duty and is showing -44 degrees retard.

Stays pegged the whole time and runs bad.

At first I thought it was the cam timing but took off the timing cover and everything is aligned fine. Chain did not jump.

Intake solenoids I took apart and they are not stuck open. They move freely when I pushed against spring. Exhaust retarder magnets look fine. Nothing out of the ordinary under the timing chain cover.

All four of my cam position sensors were changed last year. The crankshaft position sensor is still the original. Could this be a problem?

Has anyone experienced something like this before?
