Default JWT Clutch & Flywheel w/ zspeed CSC

Has anyone installed the Zspeed CSC and Slave with their JWT clutch package?

Did it have a problem?

It won't go into gear. We've pulled the transmission 6 times already.

Zspeed told the shop its at that they're having problems with the zspeed stuff and JWT clutches. The tech said that the JWT clutch and flywheel set up is too big??

I didn't see any warnings when I bought all this stuff I am just wondering if anyone else had issues. The shop is basically saying I'm probably gonna have to go with a different clutch package.

that is very bizarre, the HD csc it just a better version of the oem one. have you reached out to JWT to make sure that you got the proper setup and not for a DE? or will a de clutch and flywheel not bolt up to the hr...not sure

Your problem is your mechanic.

I had my jwt clutch and flywheel plus the zspeed csc and hd master installed about 2 years ago. Never had a single problem.

We never said we had a problem with them working together, We said we have seen a few issues with the newer JWT clutches not releasing properly.
Our slave does the exact same thing as the stock slave, Just stronger.

Yeah well I still do not know the culprit. I'm leaning towards no one adjusted the clutch pedal/master cylinder properly. But I dunno I just drive this thing man...lol

The shop put another clutch in and it seems to work fine. Maybe my clutch was indeed bad from JWT.

So now I have some badass hydraulics to engage my basically stock clutch :\

But anyways, the flywheel is really cool. I can totally tell the difference in revs and I like it. Additionally if all goes well I shouldn't have another CSC issue again.

The guy from Zspeed did go out of his way to try and help even though I was a jerk.. Thanks for that man!

I have the zspeed with the jwt clutch and iron flywheel and never had an issue so far. It's softer than I would like it to be but no issues so far anyway and it's been a few months
