Default HR aftermarket header brands

Who makes headers specific to the HR? I know the DE ones fit with with DE test pipes/hfc but I'm not looking to replace my HR art pipes.

I know the gains are minimal with headers over stock... But I am going with a set of headers to complete my shockwave+art pipes combo.

Does stillen still make the HR headers? I can't seem to find them. Any other brands? Seems info is pretty limited for HR headers

Hr headers are already headers unlike the DE manifold, unless your looking to push over 600whp keep the stockers and save for some better spent go fast parts.

I'm aware the stock are headers and do flow well, but I'm looking for something else like like the Tomei headers but they seem to only use the DE flange.

I have money for my other go fast parts, just trying to find info on other HR header options.

The best bang for the buck for headers is Long Tubes, but see if you can trade your HR Art Pipes for DE Art's and the just look for DE shortie headers.

shorty headers are a waste of time imho.... if you do decide to do them, you would more than likely benefit from a tune

There are currently no companies that make headers with the HR flange. Only way to fit HR test pipes/cats is to buy the flange for Z1 and weld it on. Or just get DE test pipes/cats.

MCR makes exhaust manifolds for the HR. There are a few others out there, but I can't recall the brands.

Based off that picture, it looks like it just uses a vband where the test pipes meet the header. Then that 2 bolt flange is what connects to the y pipe.(If that is the case, I don't know why they labeled it for the HR). I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few with the HR flange, but if there are some, they are probably high priced and mainly used for racing like that MCR one. If you ever find the others out there, I'd love to see them!

PPE Long tube headers is what you want. I believe Fast Intension 370z headers should fit the HR also.
I had the art pipe before and sold it for the long tube. IMO, it would be a waste going with a short tube.

PPE - 304SS - Ceramic jet black with Titanium wrap

Best advise so far. Only problem is for those people that are stuck in emission states and need a cat. As far as 370z longtubes, they will all fit a HR. Some of the cheaper brands. like obx, will need some modifications to clear the steering column.

In theory they should. Although the resonators may cause some fitment issues, but I would imagine they would work just fine.

If visual inspection isn't a concern, you could always mount a HFC in the cat-back portion of the exhaust. Motordyne offers this as part of their cat-back solution.

Lol, I was one of the "group buy" members for PPE's first production run. They're still hanging on my wall in large part because Georgia finally started doing visual inspection
