Best tire PSI for 19's that has most protection on wheel?

hi guys!
like the topic says, I would like to know the best tire PSI for 19inch wheel tires to give the most protection on the wheels. I am asking this, because i recently found a small dent from my wheel from the inside lip, and I wanna protect them more. they were on 30psi.

IMO 30 psi is way too low. I run 37 psi in my 19" Toyo T1-S.

I run 40 up front and 37 in the back. T1S 245/35/19 and 275/35/19

I run 40 all around. the higher the pressure, the more protection.
