Front Volks won't fit

My LE37T 19x8.5 front wheels won't fit when I try to put them on.. there's some nut on the front. What can I do to make them fit? What is that nut for?

take it off....you don't run them with aftermarket wheels

I just put my LE37T last week and that nut made me crazy a little while.
Just take it out, and that's it.
