Will TPS work on the Volk GT-C's?

wondering if i could use the TPS off the stock wheels and place them on the GT-C's and get the TPS monitor working again?

yes. Don't do it yourself. If you screw up, your rim is gone.

thanks bubble, can you clarify on that when you mean dont do it myself or my rim is gone? Did you have a dealer do it for you or did you get it done where you got your rims?

You can do it yourself easy enough, do a search there are a couple of methods being used.

IMO...I would let the shop that you bought your rims from do it. Reason why is because if they screw up on the install, they can replace your rim(s) vs. if you screw up, then your SOL & you will have to buy a new rim(s) from your own pocket. Especially if you're required to drill a hole in your rim to install it or strap it down.

DO NOT DRILL INTO YOUR WHEEL!!!! It's not nescessary. OMG!!!

GTNPU Z Apr 11, 2005 11:42 AM

Agreed. Just saying since I've seen some post out there saying that depending on how you mount it, you MAY need to drill into your rim. I personally wouldn't take that chance but I just want to make sure nobody gets f*cked over on this install.
