Poll: TE37's or SF-Challenges

Which would you put on a Silverstone Z? --- BTW I have the TE's in Gunmetal right now and am considering getting the SF-Challenges.

What color are you thinking of getting in the sf-challenges?

Gunmetal as well...

imalazeeass Jun 1, 2005 03:54 PM

sf challenges look more krazy so to speak.. the TE's look more professional and clean looking..

i say get the challenges they look a lot cooler.. the best part i like about it is those little square pieces on the edge of the lip.. makes it look pimp

slowxturtle Jun 1, 2005 04:32 PM

I say sf-challenge.

I had TE37's but prefer the look of a fat polished lip. The beauty of the TE37's is in their function - strong, light, forged wheel with a clean, classic look.

I really like the SF Challenges but IMO its a wheel that looks much better with big brakes because of all the open space between the spokes. Its also quite a bit heavier if that sort of thing matters to you.

im more into the performance aspect of things so my vote goes to TE....if you want a bit more bling than the TE, why not consider the LE's?

imalazeeass Jun 1, 2005 07:51 PM

yea arcadia is pretty close by..if u want u can come check out my wheels sometime

Damian Jun 1, 2005 09:47 PM

I chose the Volk SF-Challenges because they look so damn hot...

Keep the TE's, they are cleaner than the Challenges. If you want, take them to a wheel shop and make them LE's for an even better look.....

woah, the poll really evened out overnight...

and yeah that would be great if i could go check them out before i actually buy the SF-Challenges (if i really do) thanks man.

TE37's were MADE FOR THIS CAR. GO TE!

Lawn Dart Jun 2, 2005 02:17 PM

It depends what you're going for. If you are buying the wheels for looks, hands down SF-Challenge. These wheels are ten times better looking in person. If you are buying them for performance, then TE37.

MethodRN Jun 2, 2005 03:13 PM

I like both wheels and was contemplating between these 2 and the Work Meister S2R. Get the SF challenges, that way there won't too many people w/ the TEs cause I just got mine. :)

sp1derm00 Jun 4, 2005 01:19 PM

TE for sportiness, SF for good lookingness aghhh... =/

ActionJackson Jun 4, 2005 02:06 PM

TE 37s are better performance wise, and look better than challenges. The spokes on the challenges are too puny and tiny, doesn't intimidate anything at all.... those TE37s would look better with +22 offsets though, the non-concave look doesn't work well with TE37s doesn't make it aggressive looking enough.
