New wheels,H&R's,PICS

So after a few weeks of owning my Z,i finally got some wheels, but as soon as they were on,i felt like i was driving a pick up!the height of the car was to high to keep it stock,so i went and got my Car lowered with the H&R's
I think it is a 1 inch drop.

I just cant wait for the springs to settle a little,in the rear,so it goes a litle bit lower.....the front looks good!
How long did it take for your springs to settle?(of course the guys with the lowered cars)

Hope you like the pics!

Very nice wheels. What kind are they? They look like SEVAS wheels. am I right?

Also, the BMW looks really sharp. First time I see the Mayas ST5 on a Sedan. Looks really nice.

Thank You Guys!
The wheels are RUFF Racing,19x8,5 and 19x9.5 with 245/245'30' Dunlops.

More pics of the Bimmer, sure no problem.

Yes i did.
I did not care a lot about the 18" track wheels.hated the look, and disliked the tires strongly, the road noise was terible.

I like something with a nice Lip.
I do not take my car to the track,so i have no use for them either.

I'm happy with my wheels.

The road noise was likely an alignment issue, and it will re-occur. Changing tires is a temporary cure.

Thanks for your compliment on the SSR's. Your wheels look great. I am a fan of RUFF for an innexpensive wheel. BUT I couldn't trade a forged wheel for cast. :icon22:

I bit the bullet and spent the $4000. And I am glad Igot exactly what I wanted. In my mind if I compromised I wouldnt be happy. In my mind it was worth the expenditure.

Check your alignment.... tires are expensive.

Hey Jet,

As i said,to me the Forged Rays wheels that came with the car,did not do anything to me.
You are probably a guy that takes your car to the track and is into the 2 piece,3 piece wheels, hey i would be too if i could spend 4k$ on wheels!

One day maybe, but for now the Ruff are more that just good enough!

Take Care
