It won't be as pushed out to the fenders as a lower, more extreme offset. Also, the even size all around will make the Z/G handle much more balanced/neutral. Less understeer characteristics than a staggered setup. There was a great, detailed article about it in Sport Compact Car, when they tested out different setups on their Project 350Z. Also, you will be able to flip and rotate your tires, so you can get much more life out of them.

Thats one car and one drivers opinion. Most people have taken that article and made it the bible for 350Z handling. As for the disadvantages of your planned setup the only real ones are the TCS and VDC not liking it if you run the same size tire front and back and those offsets will make the wheels look tucked in more than some like.

so will it look ugly for going 19" x 8.5 +37mm all around???

Ugly is a matter of personal taste. Most people think the +30 OEM wheels are tucked in too much. I know some people get the +30 or +40 offset wheels and end up getting spacers cause they like the wheels. Its up to you if the price is right and you like them do it.

Will you go with 245-35-19front and 265-35-19rear ?
or 235/255
or not staggered(tires)...

I think a +37 offset with "only" an 8.5" wide is absolutely ridiculous, it will look like $hit. Why wouldnt you want to go a little wider than a stock tracks rear? And why even consider putting on a wheel that is going to sit so far in? :icon11:
