Question about size and offset on OZ's?
 

I just got a set of OZ Superleggera III's. But I don't know the exact size or offset (although I know they are 19's), can anyone help? I found these numbers on the rims -
-9 JX19H2E
-11 JX19H2E

So am I to assume that the fronts are 19x9 with a +19 offset and the rears are 19x11 with a +19 offset? David if you're out there can you chime in and let me know? Also, if this is the case am I going to have to roll my fenders for this setup? I currently have it dropped about 3/4 of an inch. BTW, the rear tires are 295's. Thanks!

The 19 in those numbers is the diameter, not the offset.

Hmm.. I'll keep looking, it has to be listed somewhere on the wheels, right?

OK, I found a stamp on each wheel with a bunch of numbers and letters, each one ending in a different number, the 11's end with 25 and the 9's end with 33, wonder if that is the offset?

Well you're in luck. To fit an 11" wheel, you pretty much got the perfect offset with a 25. The problem will be tire selection. You might rub with anything bigger than a 285/30/19 in the rear. Also, if you have stock shocks, you will be fine, but if you get aftermarket shocks like Teins, they are so much bigger in diameter, they might rub too.

For the fronts, will fit no problem and you can run a 265. Maybe a 275.

Anyone with Superleggera III's care to chime in and help me out. I think the rears are +40's, not sure though.

OK, I found a website to help calculate the offsets and I came up with +40 in the rear and +30 in the front. Again these are 9" in the front and 11" in the rear. You guys think I'll rub with 3/4" drop?

Try one on the car. With a +40 offset, I don't think tire rubbing on the fender lip will be any problem, but they might hit the shock. a +40 offset puts a lot of wheel towards the inside of the car.
