pretty wheels...i like them...what color is your car?

amacahilig Feb 24, 2006 05:03 AM

putting them on a CS i decided on gunmetal w/polished lip instead of silver w/polished lip. i figure a nice contrast. 18x8f 18x9r

This is what they look like on my LS. These are 19s (x8 front and x 9.5 rear) with BFGoodrich TA KDW2s (245 and 275). I've had them on my car for about 1k to 1500k miles. Which are off the car already and also selling them. FYI.

CervanteZ, nice. i was thinking of 18x9f, and 19x9.5r. bad idea?

CervanteZ Feb 24, 2006 07:31 AM

Not bad at all... IMO.

If only these cleared the Brembos...I personally think this is the BEST looking 5 star wheel out on the market, regardless of price.

amacahilig Mar 24, 2006 06:57 AM

the 19's won't clear? i have 18's but had to use spacers on them.

2Tall4yall Mar 24, 2006 07:57 AM

I don't think the 19's clear without spacers either. Personally, I don't want to use spacers. Too much extra strain put on suspension components not designed to carry extra stress, but to each his/her own.
