In case you're interested in the OEM Rays...

I just got back from my local Nissan dealer with some figures that made me laugh/cry. When I bought my Z, my salesdude offered me anything for the car at his cost...Sooooo...naturally I had to inquire about this fine set of wheels...If you're still reading, sit down if you're not already. The fronts (18x9) are $855 each. The rears (19x10) are $1072....each. This is employee pricing. I'm not joking. Kinda make Volks look like a bargain, don't they? There ya have it, in case you are/were interested. :(

It's always been that way with factory pricing. If you bought the PARTS for the Z at factory pricing, we'd have a $150K car!

But don't sweat it- like the Rays on the '03-05 Z's, there will always be someone out there who will sell them privately for a reasonable price!

I think he is talking about the 06 Rays wheels. I haven't seen any used yet on here and I saw one set on ebay go for 1800-2000 + shipping.

Back in early '04, I priced out one of the Ray's wheels and was told they were $1400 each, dealer cost. I ended up getting a new one that the dealer damaged replacing a flat. $1400 out of his pocket....

Even the 03-05 18" touring wheels are something like $700-800 each for that heavy a$$ wheel. You can get Nismos for < $500. :)
