Can I use stock lugnuts with NISMO's ?
 

Just bought some used wheels on ebay 18 Inch Nismo's, seller doesn't have the Nismo lugnuts can I use the stock ones or should I get some aftermarket ones? Any recommendations?

I don't think the stock ones will fit. The stocks have a 21mm head and the Nismos have a 17mm head. I could be wrong though.

Just so you know, you are looking for a M12x125 lug.

I just went out and measured stuff and this is what I found

It looks like the stock lug would technically fit but I did find a few issues that would keep me from using them.
The Nismo wheel uses a larger taper surface than the stock lug has. The taper does appear to be the same angle though.
You will need a thin wall 21mm socket to put them on, I was able to slide my socket in the hole but with one layer of electrical tape on it, it was snug. I know for a fact the stock lug wrench wont fit in there.
