Does anyone know why it is so hard to find racing hart's offilial webpage. Can someone please tell me what it is!!!

Dazz motorsports is the company that own them. Try the company name.

The real Racing Hart homepage is http://www.hartwheels.co.jp/

Dazz Motorsports is a distributor, not the manufacturer. They may manufacture RH Evolution wheels (I have no idea who does) but those are NOT the same wheels as Racing Hart.
