looking for a set of polished 19" TE 37's for my sunset, can anyone help?

I saw a set of poliched TE 37's on a Z in a pick here from I believe the Tokyo Motor show and think they would look great on my sunset. Are they available, if so, can someone give me a clue were to get them.
