Vellano VSQ's
http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w...VellanoVSQ.jpg
Im looking at getting these rims.....in a 19x8.5F and a 19x13 in the rear.....after my wide body is installed.........im looking to get the spokes powder coated black......and probably will have a 5 or 5.5 inch lip in the rear....does anyone have these rims??? any comments on them???? thx fellas!!! |
I put Vellano VSH's on my cousin's 2007 BMW M6. 22x9.5 4.5 inch dish and 22x10.5 with a 5.5 inch dish. Vellano wheels are definitely top notch in quality, all the way down to the rivets and center caps. T6061 forged aluminum construction on all 3 pieces. Be warned though, theyre VERY expensive!

how much do they weigh? Looks killer though

Yea…the Vellano wheels are defiantly a step above the rest. What is the cost like on these?

Let me put it this way, if you think VOLK wheels are expensive than Vellano's will be way out of your price range. The VSH's I put on my cousins M6 retails for almost 2K per wheel. Standard color is silver or chrome I think and if you want a special color, it costs even more. Im not quite sure what the weight is.

I have had them on my car now for about 4 months and no problems at all (unlike some of the other 3 piece wheels from other companys that I have had on my cars) |
Theres no doubt that Vellano wheels are high in quality. If I had a higher end euro or VIP car, Id highly consider Vellano's. On a custom widebody, its not always about width, offset plays a huge factor as well. But to directly answer your question, no, RAYS does not offer custom widths. I have been working closely with the guys from RAYS and Mackin Industries, we do have a project we are working on. Youll see when the time comes.
Some pics of Top Secret widebody's running VOLK wheels.... http://www.topsecretjpn.com/v35rx13.jpg http://www.topsecretjpn.com/wbz331.jpg |
Vellano took these pics for me so they could put them on the web site.
