What brand tires should I get?
This is a common question for members, and I have compiled some test results to help with your selection.

Unfortunately, the CR data is of dubious value - it's from 2003. Most of those models have been discontinued, updated or superseded.

i recently bought some BFGoodrich GForce.. they perform very well and the price is good. The only bad thing was I bought the tires from DiscountTire.com and their local discount tire center store didn't mount one of the tires properly so I was getting a slow leak. The problem was solved after remounting.

BF Goodrich G-Force KDWII's. That's what I have on my car now and they were great even with the turbo on.
Nice and stiff sidewalls for more confident cornering and excellent grip. The ONLY thing that can be a possible drawback is the longevity of the tires. They could last a little longer but because of their ability to stick to the ground, they lose some tread life.
Being as that the Z is not a daily driver, this was an acceptable compromise and I am glad I did it. I love BF Goodrich.
Toyo's= weak sidewalls.

i have had in front Dunlops 9000, RE050, Falken 512 and Pirellis. The stickiest tire of all of them, and I know because it is the only one were the ABS practically doesn't come in at all are the Pzero Rosso. Best tire I ever had. In any car. The braking grip is insane. Now I know why Porsches use them.
