Will 255's work on 18' Touring rims??
 

Reason im asking is because I can get 255/45/18's alot cheaper then 245/45/18's.

Will they throw off the traction control???

The recommended width is 245 mm. An additional 10 mm will be fine.

Ended up getting another pair or 245 RE040's. Got a deal on them installed at Firestone up the road.

They also had the RE050 PP's but all the guys there talked me out of them, they actually talked me out of a more expensive tire to get the 040's.

For the stock rims with no mods the 040's are great tires.
