that sucks lixam
you arent the only one tho
in lafayette where i live, lately all the local neighborhoods and around all the schools/colleges they are putting SPEED LUMPS, these are no ordinary speed bumps, they are bigger than your regular speed bump
the only good thing about them is they are made of a soft rubber material
everytime i go over one i bottom out everything; lip, front brace, sideskirts, rear m brace and exhuast. and ive almost gotten stuck to where i had to practically do a burn out to get off of them if you go too slow
these are the main reason why i cant go as low as some of yall, but im still close

These are the ones my base use to have.....Those arent that bad cuz theyre rubber so it leaves some play room/cushion...My base replaced those with BIGGER cement ones...Those are what are denting my exhaust.
.....everytime i go over one i bottom out everything; lip, front brace, sideskirts, rear m brace and exhuast. and ive almost gotten stuck to where i had to practically do a burn out to get off of them if you go too slow..
i had to do a 4k launch to get off one while leaving base..
took wrong angle and ended up almost getting stuck so i dumped the clutch and got off. lol.
More horror stories about being low anyone? lol

^Umm... lol long list of "horror stories" from being this low.
I cringe going over every bridge transition. Sparks every time..
Speed bumps are not even an option.
The little metal tracks for the gates into apartments are a pain...
ROAD Reflectors! OMFG... Lets just say I've become pro switch lanes between reflectors.
And finally parking garages

Oh btw guys... that busted CV joint I posted up a few days ago turned out to be a bigger pain in the *** than I thought. Turns out our axles are different lengths between driver and passenger side. Posted up a thread in case anyone else runs into the same problem:

Also being low does suck *****....thats why i went from 18s to 20s lol....being on 18s super donkey d1k low i managed to
-Crack my midpipe in half (Thanks Jacob for the replacement)
-Completely crack my drive shaft in half due to my resonator of my exhaust being shoved up into it
So yah I got my resonator taken out of my signle exhaust as well...gave a good bit of clearence....however NOW i have no hanger at the fairy end of my exhaust tip so it moves a hella lot lol...guess i bottomed out and broke the weld off the hanger? Ah well....lol

wow, those speed bumps are rediculous haha.. one is bad enough but damn they went a little crazy.
My friends are getting annoyed because I cant make it into any of their driveways so I leave my car at the grocery store parking lot and have them pick me up but I'm not even as low as you guys, I dont know how you do it.
