New wheels w/ aggressive offset......looking for tires
I'm dropped about an inch and I'm not looking for the super stretched look.
Wheels specs: 19's - 9.5 +12 19's - 10.5 +12 I'm thinking the 245/35 and 275/35 will look too stretched.........any thoughts? :) |
275 series on my previous rims (10.5 rear) looked a bit stretched. The 245 on the 9.5 rim looked good though.
|
The fronts will be a bit stretched. The rears not as much, but that's a normal size for 19x10.5 wheels. The other alternatives for the rear are 285/35 and 295/30.

a 245 is really stretched on a 9.5... it's stretched on a 8.5!
you need to lower your car more with that bodykit you have. |

I run that size with 265/30/19 front and 275/30/19 rear right now and am quite low. I wanted a more neutral feel so I went with similar sizes front and rear, although I have had both 245s and 255s on the front and all looked fine.

255/35/19 and 285/35/19 will work with those offsets and good fender roll
|
the 245 will look good up front, but i would suggest 265 or 255 for the back if you wanna stretch.
my mom has 275 on 10.5 and it not much of a stretch.....but i guess it depends on how much stretch u want. |
The 245 will be stretched on 9.5. The 255 is a better fit and will give slightly more neutral handling.
The key is to consider tire choice too. I ran 255/275 with GS-D3's and they looked stretched. When I switched to PS2's, they had a much wider tread section and did not have the stretched look. PS2's on the left, GS-D3's on the right. Same wheel, same 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 sizes. http://www.projectforwardmotion.com/...mparison_2.jpg http://www.projectforwardmotion.com/...mparison_1.jpg |
Dude, hurry up and put it on. Remember, the sizes will vary by brand. I would just T1-R with 255/275.

I should just go with the Toyo's...... Right now I'm considering the T1-R's, g-Force™ T/A KDW, and the F1's.......I tend to overthink everything....just like I did buying those wheels from you.:icon17: |
