why nismo 19's dont fit with vdc?
 

why is it that everywhere i look nismo says that the 19s only work with the spring/strut set up along with the stabilizer bars? also if i buy other 19's will i still be able to use the tire pressure monitor system.

To sell more Nismo parts. You don’t need to do this, but if you do, investigate aftermarket solutions as well.
