Has anyone ran 275/40/18 on the GT/nismo front wheels? Trying to figure out if they rub or not before i settle on 265s up front. (stock suspension)

My contribution to this. 295s should qualify.

Depends on your front tires, do you have a 265 or wider up front

Anyone running a 285x35 in the front on a 9.5 wheel without any issues?

I know a few people who track that combo, it works. What offset ?

I ran 275/35/18, but it's really too wide for a 9" wheel. I'd go with the 265 or even 255/40.

Yes, many times on many wheels. Offset matters, but a 275 is more appropriate on a 9.5 for most tires depending on their actual widths.

Not true at all. I autocross on that front size and it works great. It's actually within the size recommendation of most tire manufacturers. A lot of people run 285 on 9" and it works great if you have a tire with a stiff sidewall (such as RE-71R).

Fitment preview from my build thread.. Extending rear flares by an additional 60 mm each side.. New Wheels will be 19*14 - 60 offset w a 325 r888, which run very fat for the sizing. Should be done by May.

You need a yellow decal in the rear that reads, "warning wide load." Insane build.

Cant wait to fap over your build again Brian lol, that thing was mean before, i cant imagine what the new iteration is going to be like, the extra wideness will probably be like the RWB porsches huh?

placed the order today.
offset ended up being -70.
I have a spare set of rear stardast flares that will bolt right up as they do now, for any time I decided to actually use this car for something fast etc. Just run a normal set of more track day oriented wheels and tires.
