Im no professional but that seems like an issue waiting to happen...I wouldnt do it.

Im basing this on when tires are installed mechanics are sure to mount them in the correct direction the treads are suppost to face.

As well as possible over time camber, toe, and maybe alignment issues unno: due to tread wear differences.

Actually to your car , nothing will happen. Now the fun part , they can handle a bit different. If the two tires are similer, you should be fine. If one is a 200 treadwear tire and the other is 360 treadwear it could cause problems if you decide to push the car hard in the corners.

Not the best idea mixing tread designs and such. Like walking around with two different shoes on. Even front/rear different is iffy.

If the tires are similar compound, as well as similar size, you will be fine. I can guarantee you will not be able to tell much of a difference, if any, with "normal" everyday driving.

Not a good idea. Pick up a used tire from the used tire forum here, CL, Ebay, or wherever to match one of the two that you have.
