One of the best options is to buy some 17" rims either aftermarket or even the stock touring 17" rims and put some Bridgestone Blizzak LM22 snow tires on your Z for winter. The LM22s come in the stock 17" sizes of 225/50/17f and 235/50/17r. You want to stay as close to stock, wheel diameter, as possible for the winter so you do not mess up your TCS. Since I live in Iowa I have researched this up and down and finally decided against the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S only because a snow tire is built for the snow period! And an ultra high performance tire is built for its purpose as well. Even though the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S has great reviews I still do not think it can do either as well as good tires for either. I will have a set for the summer and a set for the winter. If you don't have room, money, or the desire to have the best of both, then I would recommend trying the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. It has been reviewed by many and used by more people than any other High performance A/S tire that I could find.
