NEW WHEELS; need help!!
So I got new rims for my 2003 350z. Xxr 527s. There 19x8.75 front and 19x9.75 rear. And the offset is +15mm all around. My car is sitting at stock height. Are those good size rims for stock height? And should I add spacers to the rear for a flusher look?
And what size tires should I get for these rims?

I would do a 245/35 front and 275/35 rear , add spacers after you mount them if you want them to stick out more

When choosing new tires, try to find front/rear pairs that maintain the stagger of at least ½" and less than 1". You should also look for front/rear setups that maintain the same OD as that will keep your speedometer and odometer accurate.
Here are the most common "upsized" tire combinations. These are known to work and keep TCS/VDC happy.
245/40/18 25.7"
275/40/18 26.6" (0.9" stagger)
245/35/19 25.8"
275/35/19 26.6" (0.8" stagger)
255/35/19 26"
285/35/19 26.9" (0.9" stagger)
245/30/20 25.8"
275/30/20 26.5" (0.7" stagger)

For those with smaller spacers...
I want to add a 15mm spacer to the rear. Does the XXR 527 design allow for bolt-on spacers or do you have to press in extended studs? Bolt-ons seem like there would be stud protrusion and not fit the wheel.

Xxr 521
Would I be able to do xxr 521's 18x8.5 (f) with 245/40/18 (f) and 18x10 (r) 275/40/18 (r) without rolling my fenders? Im at stock height also. The offset they give is +25 and +12. If I should change it then what should it be? Im kinda new with rims.

You will have plenty of room for those specs. I'm running 265 35 on 18x10.5 +20. So I'm about 11mm farther out at the wheel and 5mm less width on the tire. Mine is fairly flush but I have room to go.5-10mm wider.
Also if you want to be near flush the 18x10 with a 255 tire fits great up front too.

I've run over a dozen sets of wheels on my car up to 11" wide +25ish offset rear with no issues UNTIL my RPF1s with a modest 9.5" width but +15mm offset. Rolled and done, no more rub even with 285s on 10.5 wide +15mm offsets.
If you do not want to roll your fenders, stick with offsets in the mid-20s.
