Silverstone Z with red wheels?

Started looking through the forums and google but can't seem to come across a picture of a silverstone z with red wheels. Anyone have one? Just tryin to get an idea of what it would look like I don't think I've seen one

What about just a splash of red?

Depends on the wheel and the shade of red. Not a great example but I like this set-up:

Have you found an all red wheel? You could always try to get some to PS on some for you...

might not be exactly what you're looking for but an idea of the color combo on a coupe...

imho can be pulled off if you pay attention to other small things here and there...

Its never been done before in the course of modern history. Call yourself a pioneer. A trailblazer.

I vote for these wheels as well. Love that m3!

Here's ST350z's car for reference. Love the TE's in red.

I personally think it would look great. You really need to get the shade of red right though for it to really look good. Get someone to start photo shopping different shades of reds on a wheel design that you like.

marques1 02-09-2011 10:31 PM

oh and If you come back with some weak offset wheels, I will ask the moderators to ban your genius ass, lol. So, don't post a picture of some bs wheels, lol.

marques1 02-09-2011 10:43 PM

Look what I found. All you have to do know is get them powdercoated red.

BoomerZ33 02-10-2011 05:44 AM

I forgot that my friend was selling his as well. Marques is correct. powdercoat them and you should be good to go.

Those look nice I'm definitely leaning more toward 19's though. Powdercoating runs around $100 a wheel right?

dude if you are serious you might of well just get these 20's. I guess you don't realize the wait time for wheels like these. You are talking months on end to get them shipped to you brand new. Just buy them used. You will get them right away and at a cheaper price. Unless you like paying a lot more money just, so you can say I got them brand new and my wheels are 1inch less in diameter.

Oh I know they're really hard to come by. When I attached that picture it was more for color reference because someone asked if I had ever seen all red wheels. I do like those wheels but I'm not necesserally set on those wheels

Yeah I can get an idea of what it would look like from that. I think it would look better with a slightly lighter red than that though. I like the pictures of the m3 that someone else posted but instead of all red I think I'd leave the lip its natural color

Spork 02-13-2011 09:20 PM

So brighter red with a polished lip or black lip?

Originally I meant polished but black might look good too

myork 02-14-2011 12:48 PM

That dark anodized red looks awesome.

davidv 07-24-2011 06:05 PM

How did the red wheels work out?
