Snapped a bolt on my Volk GT-F's

I was in the process of putting my Volk GT-F's back together and was torquing them to 22 lbs since I've seen other members saying that 25 lbs was too much and that they were snapping bolts. I first torqued them to 20 lbs then went back to do 22 just in case. When I got to my second bolt at 22 lbs, it snapped..:suicide:

So now I'm short a bolt and 2 nuts cause the person I got them from had replaced one of the nuts with something ridiculous..

My question is, does anyone have spares of this M7x1.00 bolt and nut? I can't find them anywhere and Mackin isn't much help at all.

I promise to post pictures if I can get the wheels back together lol

Also, if anyone knows the exact torque specs for these wheels I would greatly appreciate it if you would tell me.

I have and they don't have them. Neither does the specialty shops here. Boregon, are you in Boring Oregon?

Thanks a lot guys. Another member was nice enough to send me a few so I can finish putting my wheels back together!
