Work euroline clear BBK?
So I ordered Lehrmiester's (look like euro DH) from threepiece.us out In SoCal. I thought maybe 5inch lips in the rear and 4inch in the front. I did make it aware that I had Brembo BBK. So he decided I get 5.5inch in rear an 4inch lips In front. I'm no offset King and he said we pretty much just go by what Lip size you want unless you actually know specific offset you're looking for.
He said I might have to run a spacer which I don't mind but now looking at the OEM Rays and roughly the space from the front caliper to the front fender it looks well under 4inchs of clearance and from where my Wheels mount the disk I suppose to the end of the caliper looks like roughly an inch. Sorry if this is confusing to understand.
My question is: Are the wheels I ordered not going to work on my BBK Z? Will the wheels be sticking out way to far even after I buy a spacer just to clear Brembos?
The wheels specs (except offset) are 19x11 5.5inch lips / 19x10 4inch lips
I will be stretchin 255/35 & 235/35 Nankang
Thanks.

with the information given...the answer is:
who the **** knows.
Honestly kid...go ask threepiece.us what their stupid offset is and if they will measure the spoke to clear the baby bbk you want to run.
Going by the looks..you're going to end up with some stanced out wheels and stretched tires so who gives a crap if you have a bbk...you won't be going fast any time soon.

And FYI, people don't measure/order wheels by lip size, it's all done by weight, dimension and offset. All else is irrelevant.

those that call others gay..are often in the closet themselves. Just saying. Sorry Micvelo just stating a fact.
Come back with offset and spoke profile and we may be able to help. At least you don't have Akebono brakes..huge caliper and hard to fit wheels over.

4 inch lip with unknow offset seems like a winner. im a fan of 3piece wheels they sell some nice rare wheels for cheap. that said, dont order wheels until you know the exact spec you want.

It seems odd to me that a knowledgeable company like threepiece wouldn't tell you to go out to your car and measure your caliper clearance before ordering these wheels. Ordering wheels by lip size MEANS NOTHING! It's like people calling their wheels "offset wheels;" all wheels have an offset.
Anyhow, it all comes down to the disc size of the wheels you ordered that will determine if they will clear or you will need a spacer. If he is selling you a low disc wheel then you will need a large (possibly AT LEAST 25mm) spacer which will then cause your wheels to stick out way too far if you ordered wheels to be flush without the use of spacers.
Another thing to keep in mind, the older the wheel the less possibility they will clear Brembos...even if they are high disc. For example, I ordered rebarreled Work Equips in High Disc, because I had Brembos as well, and they still hit the caliper. After emailing Work it was explained to me that modern Brembos weren't produced when the Work Equip line was being manufactured so the earlier High Disc wheel didn't accommodate them.
All in all, you need to email threepiece and get your exact sizes, offsets and disc sizes if we can offer any kind of intelligent opinion. I would even go as far as to ask them the "hub to face" measurement so you can measure for yourself before you spend all this money on wheels that may not fit the way you want.

Here is the new information I have of my wheels. 19x10 +38 4inch lip / 19x11 +40 5.5inch lip. Compared to my rays v1 the offset on those are 30 and 33 does this mean they should fit without a spacer?

They will stick out ~17mm farther than your Track wheels, however, there's a possibility they will hit the suspension with the inner barrel. You may still need to use spacers in the front even if they do clear Brembos. Given the information, if they are claiming 4/5.5" lips with those sizes/offsets, I'm willing to bet they are a Low Disc face and you can count on using some thick spacers to clear everything.

New information from threepiece. The new wheels will be 19x10 +19 & 19x11 +21 does that sound BBK friendly? Sounds like I'm going to be running spacers anyways to probably clear the suspension not sure yet.

Change of plans unfortunately but getting car ready for formula drift long beach therefore went with what ended up happening... Of which you might be wondering. The wheel maker mis-measured the original size and after cutting the weld and assembling new outer lips and used inner barrels.. My new sizes ended up being 19x10.5 19x11.5 unknown offset..
Good news is they cleared the Brembos. Well sorta. The rear calipers cleared with about 2mm of clearance. The front calipers scratched ever so slightly so I since have installed 3mm spacers meaning I have also about 2mm of clearance. Suspension clearance in front is about 1 inch from the arm that bends vertically to the upper a-arm.
I am also bagging the car now with UAS air bags & other pieced together air management. I already had my cheap nankang ns2's in 235/35 255/35 ideal for the original 19x10/11 set up but it's ok. Will buy new tires in a few months.
