OK, yeah, there's all kinds of wrong with this....

But a question first: Is the +5 AFTER spacers/convertors or before?

Either way is bad but if that's BEFORE spacers/convertors (which are usually 25mm minimum), that JUST. NOT. GONNA. WORK. You MIGHT be able to get them to fit but 10" +5 wheels will already stick out 47mm from stock 18s.

Top off the incorrect offset that rancor pointed out, with tires that are too small (too short on F&R).

Are you trying to take advantage of a good price? Don't matter how cheap they are if they aren't right for the car. Tires/wheels are THE most critical link for handling. Period. ANY CAR. Don't cheap out.
