Looking to buy new rims
Hello i currently have the stock 08 rims x8 front x8.5 back with 245/40/18s up front and 265/40/18 in the back. I am looking at getting varrstoen es9's and was wondering what the best offset would be. The car is stock suspension. I was considering x9.5s front and x10.5s back. I see some people have suggested to others running something like x10.5s all around etc. I kinda like the smaller tire up front big tire in the back look and i was planning on just reusing my 245/40s and 265/40s seeing as they have less than 1k miles on them. So my options are as follows.
18x9.5 + 35 / 5x100 / 73.1
18x9.5 +12 / 5x114.3 / 73.1
18x9.5 +22 / 5x114.3 /73.1
18x9.5 +35 / 5x114.3 /73.1 **What is the difference in the first one (5x100 and this one at 5x114)?
18x10.5 +15 / 5x114.3 /73.1
18x10.5 +22 / 5x114.3 /73.1
also with these new sizes what could i upgrade my tire sizes to later on? or should i keep the 245/265 thanks

was hoping you would reply thanks for the answer short and sweet i have seen you suggest a square setup to others like x11s all around just curious as to the reasoning?
and also would my 245/265 be fine to run till i actually need new tires?

I did.... essentially, the bolt pattern on a Z is 114.3mm. 100mm PCD wheels won't fit for obvious reasons.
EDIT: PCD = pitch circle diameter or "bolt pattern"
Factory offset is 30 (and 33 on some rears). 35mm offset pushes the wheel inwards. So decrease the offset down to between 15 and 25 (dependent upon width and tire size) to give the car more tracking width (or as so many want.... a more "flush fit").
EDIT: And no, you could easily run a 35mm offset but... it goes against what most people are hoping to accomplish with a new set of wider wheels... increase in track, better look being flush with outer fender lip, arguably better handling depending on selection of tires.
