8.5 is good for fronts, out back you have a little leeway.... 9.5 to 10.5 works fine. But be aware, this much stagger will probably alter the steering attitude. You might be dialing in a bit more understeer with this because the fronts will wash out well before they should vis a vis rear. Would suggest a larger front tire set up with a F-R delta of no more 20, maybe 30mm. Or adjustable sway bars to increase the rear roll stiffness to compensate for the big stagger and allow the backend to move out in tune with the front.

what tire would you suggest in the front? I just put new fronts on. Im on coilovers and im low so i feel like a bigger tire will just rub. My traction control or “slip” comes on doing certain turns The acknowledged go-to 18" set up is: Either: 18x8.5 F and 18x9.5 R with offsets in the mid 20s (say +22 up to factory +30) wearing 245/40-18 F and 275/40-18 R OR 18x9.5 F&R with offsets in the +22 area with same tires as above OR 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 in the +22 to +25 R with same tires Obviously there are permutations and combinations in between that work but these are the most popular on Z33. None of these should rub unless you're down in the "doesn't help any going that low" zone.... meaning -1.5" or lower on the street. The reason your slip/TCS is triggering is the tire height stagger is outside of the 3% tolerance range F-R; meaning your wheel speed sensors are telling the ECU your rear tires are slipping. Those 265/35s are way short and way wrong. You NEED to get more height into the rear tires. |

Why are you wanting to run front tires on the back of your car? 265/35-18 on a 18x9.5 or 18x10 works great up front |
