Question about this wheel and tire setup, couldn't find something similar

Sorry if this been ask before(please share it).
I have a 04 touring coupe ,i use it just for Daily (might do some pulls on the highway) so my focus is to have a good looking car. I'm thinking of getting>
Aodhan DS07 19x9.5 offset +22 all around
235/35/19 all around
Godspeed traction lowering springs (1.2 front 1.4 rear)
my question are >
will the fenders need to be pull or rolled?
Will i need a camber kit if i buy the springs?
Will this give a flush style? (Don't mind putting some spacers or getting lower offset)
Are the tires too thin and will this affect a lot handling?
If any other problems that i forgot to mention please let me know

Do they offer 10.5 inch for the rear ?

245 or 255 is a better front tire , and no point if running front tires on the rear of the car. 275/35 fits great out back

9.5 +22 with 255/35-19l (or 255/40-18 if you opt for 18s) will achieve that look but you'll need to drop the car a fair amount if you want it that low and you'll definitely need camber as shown. Adjustable front upper control arms (FUCA) are needed to give you that much camber and corrected toe/caster). You'll also need to cut the inner fender liner screw down.

Here's an example of 19x9.5+20 (Nismo V1 with 20mm spacer) with stock range camber (like -1.0°), set as such to avoid tire wear and retain steering response. Note that my car isn't dropped like the one in your picture (which actually look like 20s) but has razor sharp response.

Here's a rear 19x10.5 +22 with 285/35-19 (or 285 /40-18), adjustable toe arms and offset bushing to retain stock rear alignment range (for same reason as front) at -2.1°. Fenders rolled and sealed. Fenders likely won't need rolling at +22 but I had +15s on it that necessitated roll and seal. But with them rolled I now run my Volks at +8 and had a set of 305/35s on the car for a bit. Which I could NEVER get hot enough to do any good.
