New Track Wheels 5Zigen FNO1RC's
Just got these from SPLparts.com
5Zigen FN01R-C in HyperBlack 17x9 19.5lbs each Got the tires from Hoosier directly when they sold of their old stock a few months back at 40% off r3s03's 275/40/17. I got the 35 offset so I could run them on my 300ZX also, but for the 350 i'll need a 5 or 10mm spacer up front as it's rubs the upper suspension arm. I'm sure a 255 or 245 tire would fit fine without a spacer but I wanted to be able to rotate the tires and have them fit the 300 too. 35 offset works fine in the rear. They come in a 15 offset also, which might work on the 350, but I know it will rub the fenders on the 300 http://www.splparts.com/images/sfarrah/DSC00007.jpg |

nice setup... quick question - you got these wheels for "tracking" but where are you going around Austin? I used to live there and the only thing that resembled a road course was the twisty roads around the Lakeway area (2222, etc) - College Station?

I'll use them for DE events at Texas World Speedway in College Station. Hope to hit Motorsport Ranch up near fort worth sometime too, but I haven't tried that track yet. 2222 out around Travis is a fun ride, but i'm not wasting my hoosiers out there. I've autocrossed a few times in Austin about a year ago, but it's just not worth it to bake in the sun for 8 hours and race for 5 minutes. I'd much rather pay my $250 and blast around a true race track at 145mph! Some of the best money i've ever spent.
