Default 370z looking for a lil help... trying to make real custom wheels :D

Ok,

so I have a few questions... I loved the Kranson forged Klassics that 1FreshG has on his car but HDM was banned on almost every forum that I could google search them. Why were they banned? I am totally out of the loop on this and just need a simple explanation (KEYWORD "simple") I dont want a flame HDM thread...

Anyway, on to my real questions... Who knows where I can get wheel blanks? I have a local shop that can CNC my wheel faces but I need to find a source for wheel blanks. I cant find them anywhere... I find cast wheels but everyone knows they are weaker than rotary forged aluminum blanks. any help would be much appreciated.

If I can get these done then I will be more than happy to design and have wheels built for the community at as low of a price as I can and pass on the savings to my fellow z brothers. I am talking barely over cost so you guys can get real 3 piece wheels without the 3 piece cost!!! I just get a small piece to cover my time and effort.

Mike

You can order wheel barrels (i.e. the inner outer lips) from CCW (complete custom wheel) in individual pieces, but I am not sure about the center stock. I'm sure they would make you a wheel without any spoke machining if you were willing to pay for it.

If they have a good machine shop, this is what your center section will be:
