Help, can't get it off!!!
I was washing and waxing the Z, and I'm one of those girly girl that wears nail polish!! :p Anyways, I rubbed one of my nails against the car on accident and now there is this long pink streak on the side!! To make things worse I waxed over it :icon43: I washed and rubbed but I can't get it off, I'm afraid that nail polish remover will remove more then the nail polish!! Oh what to do, what to do!! :icon31: Well I know I will never wear nail polish while washing and waxing again!!...........nail polish+ Z= pink streak :icon24:

Take nail polish and wash your car with it, I heard it cleans the car real well.

First try some rubbing alcohol then try mineral spirits. Wash area right after and apply fresh wax.

Try a light rub with menzerna intensive polish to remove, then another light rub with menzerna final polish. Then wax. Without a polish/remover, you're just waxing over the nail polish. I'm sure other quality polishes will work-I have had such good results with menzerna that I plug it every chance I get.

Yup, Claybar should do the trick. Make sure you get some sort of lube though, god don't try and rub the bar dry across your paint.

This one`s easy:
Nail polish remover! |
Even easier than claybar, you can try rubbing compound. The 3M stuff is cheap, and I'm pretty sure it'll pull the nail polish off with a lot less work than the claybar. You can pick it up at walmart, and it is totally safe for the Z's finish.

i also think you should heat it up slightly and use a clay car. Try vinager also, though im not sure if would help much.
