She'Z Gone!
I'd get a lawyer. You are already going to have the accident on your record, you don't need a ticket also, or your insurance will go throught the roof.
You could also talk to the Prosecutor before court and see what kind of deal they would offer you( this is what your lawyer would do, but sometimes a lawyer who knows the prosecutor will be able to get a better deal). A fine and court supervision is usual. As long as you don't get another ticket during the supervision time period nothing will show on your record.

I too recommend at least talking to a lawyer. But you do not get a ticket for causing a crash, you get a ticket for what you did to cause the crash, i.e. running a red light. That should be the only charge and I would assume that it is only a fine, not a suspension or anything. I assume the police gave you a ticket with the violation noted?
Alright for all you blood and gore fans. Here are the pics.
After going to the autobody shop to check her out, I am starting to think that a 5 pound hunk of clay bar and a good buffing compound should make her look good as new.
It was really tough to see her sitting there like this! Even the adjuster almost started to cry when she saw it. She is pretty sure it's totaled! Should know for sure in a few days.

Anyway thanks for the sympathy and well wishes. I agree with all that the main thing is no one got hurt.
I did find a great 05 ZR DB roadster available with only 9,000 miles in pristine condition. I think I will go with that one. I really wanted a new 07, but the payments on that would be $751/mos, so I will probably not go that route.

The damage box is what requires me to face the judge and not just pay the fine.
I have accident forgiveness on my policy, which gives me one get out of jail free card for an accident or a ticket(not sure what will happen here since I have an accident and a ticket), I would hope they will consider it one event and not jack up my rate.
