I need help! Valet parking f'd up my new 350z
You got all that tuner stuff done, but it has nothing to do with the silver paint job that is on every other car on the road.
True the pics cant do justice to wheels or exhaust, but that is a ridiculously small dent and scrape.
I only just got my 2003 350z last month, it came with a bunch of bug juice and a few chips on it, it's brickyard. A stock color but the crap gravel-tar pavement roads here have added a bunch of new chips. Nothing I can do about that 'cept save up and get the front end and hood repainted.
Get it fixed, submit it to small claims court in vegas with the pics. then cry when the hotel doesn't do anything.

1. Never use valet parking.
2. Some Las Vegas hotels use cameras to document the cars going in and coming out of valet parking. They drive them to a painted box, stop for a few seconds and then drive out. There are four cameras shooting the car from different angles. See if your hotel had those and ask to see the footage.
3. Never use valet parking.
4. You could claim this on your insurance but your deductible and rate increase likely aren't worth it.
5. Never use valet parking.

This is your $100 mistake, unfortunately you have to learn from it.

I never valet park.
Ever seen "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"?
A finski doesn't change a guy's attitude that much . . .
I say you should go back to Vegas and choke out one of the valets. Go all Gracie on their asses.
Wait a second . . . BJJ . . . Huntington Beach . . .
Tito!?

dam that sucks bro...Ive heard some stories with 350z's and vegas, not a good combo. I never park valet especially if your rimmed up. Has anyone parked vip in front of the hotels, those would seem like best bet but handing your keys over is baaaad. Id rather risk it and park myself and find as safe a spot as possible.
By the way I thought your car was brand spankin new?? Not worth the hassle

A bailment did not occur - technically you are still responsible for your
vehicle even in the hands of the valet. there is no possible claim to be
made in court.
NEVER VALET.
