lame race ....and how can he lose by almost a full 1 sec, they are identical cars and automatic....is he fat as a walrus?

 

damn, that sucks. This is the reason why I make sure my gas tank is near empty when I bring my Z in for a service.

 

I don't think dealer employees care about drag racing someone's 350Z. They wanted a real car which is why they used GTR's.

My guess is one used launch control and the other didn't. Probably comparing the difference between using it and not using it. Although 12.5 seems rather slow for launch control.

 

Dealer screwed my SRT4 too.....I took it in for 1st service and when I came to pick it up there was 80 miles more on the ODO and the temp was almost maxed out. Clearly they were out racing my car. I pitched a fit but really couldn't do anything to them.......so I never went back there and smeared their name to every person I knew.

 

Yes that is definitely messed up. And who knows what else the dealer has done with them.

No, no . This is perfectly normal. All new GTRs are delivered with a time slip to prove their track-rediness.

 

I ain't buying a GTR with 13.5 qt

 

they should have both worn helmets to hide their identities. Play it off as someone else driving them if their dealer finds out haha

 

they should sell me the gtr for half price or a 2 for 1 deal

 

dang, and I was hoping to see 11 sec 1/4 mile times...granted the guy pictured looks like a dumass, so he prolly can't drive.
