WOW, I will actually be surprised if this turns out to be dealership employees. I know crazy **** happens at dealerships, but the GTR is soooooooo hot right now, i dont think there is anyone out there that thinks they could get away with this.

I bet the cars are either owned by the owner of the dealership, or on loan to a magazine for testing. It would be nice to know if they had dealer tags or manufacturer tags.....the truth, not the 3rd version of the story passed over the internet. Also just because th plastic is on the seats does not mean that someone hasn't taken delivery, we had a viper customer that would specify that when the PDI and test drive was done to leave all plastic on the whole interior.

I would be more worried about dockworkers/rail head workers that move the cars around holding lots, big open spaces and little outside observation. I have seen viper trucks with slick tires straight off the transport truck. Another truck was delivered in ATL with a blown motor and all kinds of trim missing.

Hopefully someone can get all the facts on this, no one at the track wrote down the VINs??

Edit - What is that taped to the windshield??

I just had my oil changed on my Z and the guy asked me if I had intakes because it sounded real good. Ok, they don't make a good sound until 4000 rpms....

HERE IS THE MYSTERY RESOLVED :
WOW, YOU GUYS ARE REALLY FUNNY. WELL, JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR, I'M THE OWNER OF THE TWO CARS. WE WENT WILL MY FRIENDS TO TEST DRIVE THEM ON THE TRACK SUNDAY. SORRY I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOUR PERMISSION GUYS, BUT SINCE I OWN THE CARS, I PAID FOR THE CARS I DON'T THINK I SHOULD. YES I DO OWN A DEALERSHIP AND YES I TOOK MY PLATES OFF BEFORE GOING TO THE TRACK. YES, I DID BUY ONE OF THE CARS FROM ROSEN NISSAN, THE OTHER ONE IS FROM A DEALER IN CHICAGO, IL. THE GUY ON THE PICTURE IS NOT SCOTT FOOTE, IT'S MY BUDDY WHO DRIVES MY SECOND CAR. EVERYBODY WHO KNOWS SCOTT WILL CONFIRM THAT. SO NO CONSPIRACY, NO SECRET PLOT...
YOU CANNOT TAKE ONE OF THESE CARS FOR A JOY RIDE EVEN IF YOU OWN A NISSAN DEALER, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM FIRST )) SO THAT'S IT. ANYBODY ACCUSING SCOTT OR ROSEN SHOULD APPOLOGIZE.
IF THE WEATHER IS NICE, YOU CAN COME AND SEE THE CARS THIS SUNDAY, AS I WILL BE BRINGING THEM AGAIN )) I WANT TO TRY TO USE THE LAUNCH CONTROL... BY THE WAY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THAT, LET ME KNOW

wow i guess i was right.......

one part of his story is messed up, he says he owns a dealership, but mentions two other dealerships the cars came from.....whatever the case, now that NNA is involved they should find out the cars that were used and void his warrenty claims.

Man, I'd be pissed if that was my GT-R or they were trying to pass it off as new.
